Beetroot

Beetroot

Another crop that is doing exceptionally well in Plettenberg Bay is beetroot.

The Beet is one of the healthiest vegetables you can grow. It's easy to care for and has few requirements, making it perfect even if your garden needs some help!

The growing process isn't difficult either - beets will thrive in both full sun or shade depending on where they're planted; just make sure not too much water remains near their roots since this plant loves deeply soaking up moisture from its soil surface while reserving excess amounts.
