A fantastic green leafy vegetable that is fairly easy to grow and does incredibly well in sunny Plettenberg Bay in South Africa is Swiss Chard.

We have significantly improved our harvests of Swiss Chard at the food forest.
In August 2020 it was growing well
This is how our very first plants of Swiss chard looked in April 2020. :) not much but enough to realize that they will work well at the forest garden.
