Thyme is a wonderful herb that can be used in both cooking and baking. One thing you should know about thyme, though?

It needs regular care! If left unchecked for too long or if there aren’t any pruning exercises done on your plants then they'll become overgrown with woody stems and little new growth from their roots- which means less yield overall (and potentially even worse flavor).
